Operation Instructions
Check lubricant level before startup. Power on and enter the
control system main interface. Input workpiece dimensions in the
graphic programming interface. The system automatically generates
bending paths and displays forming preview. Confirm correctness and
start automatic processing. Monitor partial load display during
processing. Remove workpiece and inspect quality after completion.
Control System
The bending center control system employs a top-level computer
numerical control (CNC) system integrated with motion control
cards. The CNC system features an intuitive human-machine interface
and supports graphical programming. With exceptional position
calculation capabilities, it significantly enhances production
efficiency and precision in automated manufacturing. The motion
control cards support 24-axis operation, with an expandable
capacity up to 64 axes, and utilize EtherCAT bus control for
high-precision motion control.
